Sales Engineer – DACH Region | Motion Control & Automation

We're looking for a proactive and technically driven
Sales Engineer
to join our expanding team and drive growth across the
DACH region
. This role blends technical sales with strategic business development, focusing on the
laser, motion control, and semiconductor industries
.

As a key member of our international team, you'll collaborate with sales and application engineers to support clients and lead projects from concept to completion. Your mission: identify opportunities, deliver tailored technical solutions, and build long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive business development across the DACH region with a focus on new accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to build networks and generate leads
  • Collaborate internally with engineering, product, and support teams
  • Share market insights to help shape our product strategy
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or similar)
  • 3+ years in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development
  • Solid technical foundation in motion control and automation
  • Fluent German and professional-level English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% across Europe

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with servo drives or motion controllers
  • Existing network in OEMs or machine builders
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strategic and analytical mindset
