We're looking for a Finance Business Partner (FP&A) to support our Central Western regional commercial team in the Healthcare Solutions & Strategy division (HS&S). Based ideally in Düsseldorf, you'll be part of a small, entrepreneurial team with the backing of a global MedTech leader.

The Healthcare Solutions and Strategy (HS&S) team pioneer and drive multi-divisional sales solutions for profitable growth. They develop, deliver and commercialize differentiated and innovative solutions and services supporting divisional category leadership. It supports and collaborates with all Divisional Businesses and Functions to gain sustainable market share, focusing on T125 accounts.

What You'll Do

As the Cluster FP&A Business Partner, you will act as a key advisor to the Cluster Leadership team, helping drive business strategy through strong financial modelling, performance analysis, and operational insights.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary FP&A contact for Cluster Leadership.
  • Supporting the preparation and presentation of cross divisional deals and business cases for innovative partnerships with key customers, and ensuring alignment of key stakeholders and compliance with BSC policies and procedures
  • Monitoring sales and contracts performance in the cluster to meet or exceed targets, and support decision-making
  • Driving monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Analyzing business performance and advising on resource allocation, cost control, and margin optimization.
  • Supporting decision-making through robust financial modelling and investment analysis
  • Supporting HS&S annual sales target process
  • Championing continuous improvement in financial tools to improve capabilities around complex deal modelling and monitoring
  • Educating HS&P on financial topics and on how to develop creative and profitable deals

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of Finance experience in international FP&A, ideally with a background in audit or accounting. Experience in a U.S. multinational is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (working language); German is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to translate financial insights into business impact and tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Experience supporting commercial organizations with complex business models and transactions
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Tableau).
  • Prior experience managing P&L activities for multiple countries in a commercial environment.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a high level of autonomy.
  • Agile and proactive: thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Committed to integrity, transparency, and collaboration, with a strong quality and compliance mindset.
