We're looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager who can connect with technical audiences and help tell Stigg's story. You'll own content, campaigns, and launches that speak to developers and product teams, translating our vision into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption and growth.What will be your primary goals

  • Plan and execute events, from intimate C-level gatherings to major industry conferences. Including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Support go-to-market launches: partner with product and design, manage timelines, and ensure campaigns deliver clear, compelling narratives.
  • Create and publish marketing content across channels, blog posts, newsletters, social driving engagement and brand visibility.
  • Lead and optimize our social media presence, especially LinkedIn- scheduling, engagement, and growth of relevant audiences.
  • Support demand generation initiatives including email marketing, paid programs, and KPIs tracking.
  • Maintain and update marketing assets such as decks, landing pages, and collateral to ensure consistency and polish.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, design, and sales to align messaging and accelerate impact.

Requirements

What we think can help you achieve your goals
  • 3+ years of marketing experience (internship or full-time), ideally in a startup or B2B SaaS environment. Experience with selling to developers a plus.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • A bias for action. You get things done and iterate quickly.
  • A high attention to detail. You care about consistency, design, and quality in every deliverable.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple projects at once.
  • Curiosity and creativity. You love experimenting, learning, and finding smarter ways to work.
  • Bonus points for experience with Figma, HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
