Workshop Operations (Production Line)

Location: Wildberg, Germany (Primary Workplace)

Contract Type: Full-time, 2-shift system

Your Role:

As a key member of our production team, you will ensure the safe and efficient handling of lithium‑ion battery components in a modern, quality‑focused workshop environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and quality inspections of battery modules and components according to specifications.

• Handle, pack, and prepare sensitive battery parts with strict adherence to safety guidelines.

• Support incoming and outgoing logistics, including verification, documentation, and system updates.

• Monitor workshop processes and report any deviations or defects promptly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with company standards.

Your Profile:

• Valid German work permit.

• Basic communication skills in German or English (workplace language training available).

• Willingness to work in a 2‑shift system (early/late shifts).

• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused — no prior experience needed

• Forklift license and/or experience with hazardous materials is a plus.
