What You'll Be Doing

• Independent processing of orders – from creating offers to invoicing
• Communicating with customers and suppliers to clarify inquiries and orders
• Creating reports with PowerBI
• Supporting the implementation and optimisation of processes in close cooperation with the team
• Acting as an interface to all relevant departments
• Managing, maintaining and updating customer master data

Your Skill Set

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting, as well as a reliable and committed way of working
• Enjoyment of and interest in structured and complex transactions
• High level of IT affinity
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as organizational skills, determination and resilience
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
