Deine Aufgaben

  • Vielfältige Bewertungsanlässe: Unternehmensbewertungen nach IDW S1, Purchase Price Allocations (PPA), Fairness Opinions, steuerliche Bewertungen, Impairment Tests, Financial Modeling u.v.m.
  • Abwechslungsreiche Mandate: Projekte entlang des gesamten Transaktionszyklus – von der strategischen Bewertung über Due Diligence bis zur Integration
  • Quantitatives Arbeiten mit Tiefgang: Entwicklung und Anwendung von Bewertungsmodellen, Kapitalmarktanalysen und Risikobewertungen
  • Verantwortung von Anfang an: Eigenständige Mitarbeit an Projektmodulen und direkter Mandantenkontakt
  • Zukunft gestalten: Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unseres digitalen Toolsets (u.a. Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, MergerMarket) und an strategischen Innovationsprojekte

Dein Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in BWL, VWL o.Ä. (z.B. MBA), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Corporate Finance, Accounting oder Controlling
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Unternehmensbewertung, der Transaktionsberatung oder in einem verwandten Bereich
  • Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)
  • Neugier, Eigeninitiative und Freude an Teamarbeit
