Hier steht Software Development im Fokus. Gemeinsam mit einem Haufen talentierter Kolleg:innen entwickelst du innovative Web- und App-Anwendungen für unsere Mittelstandskunden. Dabei arbeitest du in einem bunten Mix aus Remote und Vor Ort mit deinen neuen Kolleg:innen nach Scrum mit einem breiten Tech Stack. Dieser bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und über sich selbst hinauszuwachsen - die Cloud ist nicht das Limit.

Trotz unserem hohen Anspruch, den wir an uns stellen, kommt der Teamfokus und das Miteinander nicht zu kurz. Ganz gleich ob bei Team- und Firmenevents oder beim gemeinsamen Sport nach der Arbeit - der Spaß kommt nicht zu kurz.

Das wirst Du tun:

Technische Leitung & Delivery-Verantwortung
  • Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung in Mobile- und Backend-Projekten - gemeinsam mit ArchitektInnen und Product Ownern.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Architekturentscheidungen sauber umgesetzt werden und das Team technisch auf Kurs bleibt.
  • Du achtest auf Codequalität, Testbarkeit und Struktur - ohne den Praxisbezug zu verlieren.
Entwicklung (Mobile & Backend)
  • Du entwickelst aktiv in Flutter und einem modernen Backend-Stack (z.B. .NET oder ) und übernimmst dabei die technische Verantwortung im Projekt.
  • Du gestaltest APIs, Integrationen und Datenflüsse zwischen App, Backend und Cloud-Umgebung.
  • Du unterstützt Dein Team durch Code Reviews, Pair Programming und technische Sparrings.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der QA zusammen, um Qualität im Projektkontext sicherzustellen und technische Abhängigkeiten früh zu erkennen.
  • Du bringst Dich in CI/CD und Deployment-Automatisierung ein, um reibungslose Abläufe zu gewährleisten.
Cloud & Architektur
  • Du arbeitest mit modernen Cloud-Umgebungen wie Azure, AWS oder GCP und nutzt deren Services gezielt für Application Hosting und Integrationen.
  • Du sorgst für skalierbare, wartbare Setups - oder möchtest Dich in diesem Bereich gezielt weiterentwickeln.
  • Du setzt auf Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform) für reproduzierbare Deployments - oder möchtest Dir dieses Wissen praxisnah aneignen.
  • Du denkst in End-to-End-Architekturen - von der App bis zur produktiven Cloud-Infrastruktur.
Technische Zusammenarbeit & Kundenkontakt:
  • Du übersetzt technische Konzepte in umsetzbare Aufgaben und arbeitest direkt mit KundInnen und Stakeholdern.
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, wenn sich bessere Ansätze ergeben - im Sinne von Qualität, Wartbarkeit und Effizienz.
  • Du unterstützt Product Owner und ArchitektInnen bei der technischen Entscheidungsfindung.
Das wünschen wir uns von Dir:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Software Developer und fundierte Kenntnisse in Flutter sowie in mindestens einem modernen Backend-Stack (z.B. .NET, oder vergleichbar).
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud Services (z. B. Azure, AWS und/oder GCP), CI/CD (z.B. GitHub Actions) und idealerweise Infrastructure as Code (z.B. Terraform).
  • Freude daran, die technische Gesamtverantwortung zu übernehmen - von der Software-Architektur über die Entwicklung hin zum Release.
  • Gutes Verständnis moderner Softwarearchitekturen, API-Designs und Deployment-Automatisierung.
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Steuerung von Teams mit Fokus auf Codequalität, Delivery und Zusammenarbeit.
  • Interesse an der Kombination von Mobile-, Backend- und Cloud-Technologien.
  • Deutsch auf mindestens C1-Niveau für eine souveräne Kommunikation im Projektalltag.
