Using AI to transform the real world is going to be
the
thesis that will drive startup formation in the next 10-15 years. It's a new business model and there are no playbooks yet. We're early to the game, attacking a €40B market that is ripe for disruption. Join us to help write the playbook for AI-transformation, work directly with the CEO on foundational projects, and build invaluable skills and a network for starting your own business in a few years.
What You'll Do
- Reporting to the CEO, work directly with the founders on high-impact projects
- Take ownership of strategic and operational initiatives - from idea to execution
- Support market research, operations design, AI-driven process automation, product roll-out and M&A
- Collaborate across functions and gain first-hand exposure to building a startup from scratch
What You Bring
- You're proactive, structured, and ready to take ownership
- You enjoy working with people and aligning across teams
- You bring a hands-on, get-things-done mindset
- Fluent German (C2)
and strong English (C1+) - At least 1 year work experience in high-performance roles (e.g. accounting, banking, consulting, startups)
