Wir suchen für unser Entwicklungsteam eine motivierte Person, die unsere wachsende IT- und Cloud-Infrastruktur weiterentwickelt und aktiv mitgestaltet. Dabei kannst Du sowohl konzeptionell als auch bei der Auswahl von Werkzeugen deine Ideen einbringen und umsetzen. Deine Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich an Projekten in den Bereichen IT-Infrastruktur und Software Engineering.
  • Du entwickelst und betreibst unsere IT-Infrastruktur weiter – mit Fokus auf Automatisierung, Stabilität und Skalierbarkeit.
  • Du baust unser Monitoring/Observability-Setup aus und sorgst für verlässliche Alerting– und Diagnoseprozesse.
  • Du unterstützt das Team beim Aufbau skalierbarer Plattform- und Service-Architekturen (z.B. CI/CD, Container-Orchestrierung, IaC) und treibst Verbesserungen aktiv voran.
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, identifizierst Schwachstellen/Bottlenecks und setzt nachhaltige Verbesserungen um.
  • Du arbeitest mit uns daran, dass dezentrale Energieerzeugungsanlagen klimafreundlich und kostengünstig Strom und Wärme erzeugen.

Dein Profil

Must-haves

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Infrastruktur, DevOps/Platform-Engineering oder Software Engineering.
  • Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche mit:
  • Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform)
  • Observability / Monitoring
  • Automatisierung/Orchestrierung (Docker, Gitlab CI/CD)
  • Entwicklung von Softwareprojekten (idealerweise in Python oder Go)
  • Du bist motiviert dich selbstständig in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Du begeisterst Dich für die Energiewende und hast Lust an echten Impact-Projekten zu arbeiten.

Nice-to-haves

  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit Data Pipelines.
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit Cloud-Providern, idealerweise Microsoft Azure.
  • Du hast Kenntnisse in verteilten Systemen oder Schnittstellen (z.B. gRPC/protobuf).
