Unsere App hilft Menschen, Schmerzen nachhaltig zu reduzieren und beweglicher zu werden – mit klarer Methodik, medizinischer Expertise und einer starken Marke.

Jetzt wollen wir die App gezielt skalieren. Dafür suchen wir keinen Kanal-Marketer, sondern einen Senior Growth Manager, der End-to-End Verantwortung übernimmt: von Paid Acquisition über Funnel & Conversion bis hin zu Retention und datenbasierter Entscheidungsfindung.

Aus einzelnen Marketing-Maßnahmen ein
planbares, skalierbares Growth-System
bauen – mit klaren KPIs, sauberem Tracking und echtem Impact.

Deine Mission

  • Paid Acquisition & Creative System
  • Verantwortung für Paid Acquisition mit Fokus auf Meta, perspektivisch YouTube
  • Aufbau eines strukturierten Creative-Testing-Frameworks (Hooks, Angles, UGC, Offers, Iterationszyklen)
  • Budgetsteuerung auf Basis von CAC & Payback, nicht Bauchgefühl
  • Funnel, Conversion & Experimente
  • Verantwortung für den Growth-Funnel:: Landingpage → App Store → Onboarding → Purchase
  • A/B-Tests: Headlines, Proof, CTAs, Friction, Offers
  • Nutzung von Heatmaps, Session Recordings & Nutzerfeedback für schnelle Iteration
  • Analytics, Tracking & Entscheidungslogik
  • Weiterentwicklung von Tracking & Events (GA4, GTM, App-Events – je nach Setup)
  • Definition eines klaren KPI-Frameworks (CAC, Payback, LTV, Activation, Retention)
  • Aufbau verständlicher Dashboards: Was passiert? Warum? Was machen wir als Nächstes?
