Your Role – What You Can Expect

As a
Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (m/f/d)
, you will:

●
Advise companies and public sector clients
on HR digitalization and cloud transformation with a focus on
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

● Collaborate closely
with cross-functional SAP teams to design integrated, future-proof IT landscapes

●
Manage all project phases
– planning, implementation, go-live, and post-launch support

●
Lead process workshops
, requirement analyses, feasibility checks, and system testing

●
Deliver presentations and system demos
for clients; contribute to offer preparation

●
Stay up to date
with innovations in the SAP SuccessFactors Suite

What You Bring

●
Proven experience
in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions

●
In-depth knowledge & independent configuration skills
in SAP SF EC

●
Strong understanding
of modern HR processes and optimization

●
SAP SF Employee Central Application Associate certification

● Excellent communication skills
with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Nice to Have

● Knowledge of
SAP SF Time Tracking
