Jobbeschreibung

· Aufbau bzw. Weiterentwicklung eines effektiven Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltmanagementsystems

· Durchführung und Bewertung von internen Audits und Wirksamkeitsprüfungen

· Beratung der Werksleitung und Führungskräfte in allen SHE-relevanten Themen

· Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben (Rechtskataster) sowie interner Standards

· Verantwortung für das Reporting von SHE-Kennzahlen

· Schnittstelle zu Behörden, Berufsgenossenschaften und Versicherungen

· Verantwortung für Gefahrstoff- und Abfallmanagement

· Backup-Funktion für den Qualitätsbereich in Abwesenheit der Leitung

Stellenanforderungen

  •  Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Lebensmittelbereich, Sicherheitsingenieurwesen, Umweltmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion in einem Produktionsunternehmen – idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie

  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, Menschen zu entwickeln und zu motivieren

  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Qualitätswesen (z. B. IFS, HACCP) sowie im Arbeits- und Umweltschutz

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Behörden, Auditor/innen und externen Partnern

  • Analytisches Denken und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit dem Blick fürs Ganze

  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohe Eigenverantwortung

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
