Job Description

  • Neukund:innenaqkuise: Du gewinnst neue Unternehmen als Kund:innen, indem du sie von dir, uns und unserer Vision überzeugst
  • Bestandskund:innenbetreuung: Die von dir gewonnenen Unternehmen betreust du als Account Owner:in weiter, baust eine nachhaltige Kundenbeziehung mit deinen Kund: innen auf und kannst somit Up- und Cross-Selling Potenziale umsetzen
  • Recruiting: Mithilfe unserer bestehenden Talent-Pools, durch Active Sourcing sowie Stellenanzeigen baust du dir ein nachhaltiges Kandidat:innen-Netzwerk innerhalb deiner Spezialisierung auf um die Positionen deiner Kund:innen best- und schnellstmöglich zu besetzen
  • Full-Sales-Cycle: Der Prozess liegt zu 100% in deiner Hand. Du betreust Kund:innen und Kandidat:innen von Prozessbeginn bis zum finalen Abschluss und holst so für alle Seiten das Beste raus.

  • Du bist in den letzten Zügen deines Studiums und willst jetzt im Sales so richtig durchstarten?
  • erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Sales/Vertrieb oder auch Recruiting sind von Vorteil
