Your basic tasks at the Dunkin' store include, for example:

· Team-oriented, communication-promoting leadership of a dynamic

team

· Efficient distribution & organization of tasks within your team

with the goal of 100% guest satisfaction & best product quality

· Duty scheduling and ensuring productivity and operational readiness

· Conducting monthly business evaluations with your Area

Manager for continuous improvement of key performance indicators

· Cost control & profitability assurance, increasing sales figures

· Ensuring operational processes & routines

· Compliance with all standards & guidelines according to legal and Dunkin' requirements for an optimal appearance of your Dunkin' store

· Regular constructive, motivating & clear feedback for your employees

· Recognizing, coaching & promoting future talent in your team
