• Together with colleagues you will work in (inter-)national project teams.

• Support HR digitalization initiatives and process optimization projects.

• Assist in implementing automation tools to streamline workflows.

• Analyze current HR processes and propose efficiency improvements.

• Contribute to documentation and reporting of optimized processes.

• You are currently enrolled at a university.

• Enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources, Business, or related field at university

• Strong interest in HR technology and digital transformation.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus (Workday, SAP), AI-experienced abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
