• Proof of suitability for changed parameters or raw materials in reagent production.
• Root cause analysis of reagent complaints.
• Conducting validation studies for new materials and methods.
• Development of QC methods and documents.
• Maintenance of stocks and consumables.
• Management of various parts of the R&D projects.
• Consultation with internal and external experts on the further development of methods, software and instruments.
• Representing R&D at daily site meetings. 

• A degree (B.Sc./ B.A.) in the field of natural sciences or an equivalent degree
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• fluent in German/English 
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamwork
• Ability to find unconventional solutions (think out of the box principle)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Access, Excel)
