  UNIO is revolutionizing mobility with seamless space-based connectivity. We are scaling an early-stage venture at the forefront of SpaceTech and currently seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to join us.
You will bridge the technical and commercial teams, leading the development and lifecycle of UNIO's Non Terrestrial Networks (NTN) - Terrestrial Networks (TN) mobility product. 
Reporting directly to the CTO and leading a team of engineers, you will work cross-functionally across technical and commercial teams defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for product development leadership, planning, execution, test support and accompanying the commercial market rollout of our NTN-TN mobility platform throughout its product lifecycle.
Your scope of activities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the development teams and business stakeholders while ensuring stakeholder alignment on goals, timelines and deliverables; Develop and own the product roadmap, define detailed product requirements and user stories supported by both internal (software engineering, commercial) and external (customer, partner) stakeholders.Gather and prioritize customer and external stakeholder feedback enhancing product features and performance and end-to-end product usability; Develop market forecasts for the product supported by UNIO's commercial team.Define, in close collaboration with UNIO's commercial team, key benefits and end-to-end value of the product(s), translating customer requirements into development applications supported by customer user experience excitement and dovetailing these data points back into the product(s) continuing evolution.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communication Systems or similar fields; 7+ years' experience in product management within the Mobility Industry, collaborating with technical and commercial teams;Proven ability successfully managing the end-to-end product lifecycle; Fluency to actively engage across diverse technical domains such as cybersecurity; artificial intelligence; mobility asset digital architectures; terrestrial RF; Cloud services / architectures; terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks (i.e., TN and NTN) and edge device applications and services; Demonstrable experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;Knowledge of underlying technology stack, APIs, and end-to-end architectural components; Customer-oriented team leadership with strong communication and presentation skills; Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment; Fluent in German and English; Currently based in Munich (or soon to be relocating to).
