Als Continuous Improvement Specialist (m/w/d) in der Abteilung Production Excellence am Standort Travemünde bist Du zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Gruppenleitung, Qualität und Management. Du unterstützt operative und strategische Projekte und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und zur Leistungssteigerung bei.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du unterstützt die strategische Planung und Nachverfolgung der Produktionsleistung
• Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und initiierst Lean-Projekte und Kaizen-Aktivitäten
• Du entwickelst neue Ideen und setzt sie gemeinsam mit internen und externen PartnerInnen um
• Du koordinierst Ressourcen in Lean-Projekten und förderst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen
• Du führst Schulungen zu Lean und Kaizen durch und begleitest Zertifizierungen
• Du coachst Teamleiter und Mitarbeitende in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden
• Du organisierst Lean-Kommunikation (z. B. Newsletter, Lean-Tage) und Engagement-Initiativen
• Du unterstützt Meetings, Briefings und Konferenzen rund um Lean und Prozessoptimierung
• Du engagierst Dich in Projekte – sowohl operativ als auch strategisch

Was Du mitbringen solltest

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher) im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften oder ähnliche vergleichbare Ausbildung 
• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produktionsnahen Umfeld
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lean Management und in der Anwendung von Lean-Tools
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Technisches Verständnis ist essenziell - du fühlst Dich in einem Produktionsumfeld zuhause
