In dieser Schlüsselposition werden Sie prestigeträchtige, komplexe Projekte in ganz Deutschland leiten – von neuen Klinikcampus und Facharztzentren bis hin zu innovativen Medizinforschungszentren – unter Verwendung modernster digitaler Planungsmethoden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie leiten und betreuen ein interdisziplinäres Team bei der Realisierung großer deutscher Gesundheitsbauprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur Fertigstellung.
  • Sie gestalten den digitalen Planungsprozess mit modernen Tools und Methoden für eine effiziente und kollaborative Projektabwicklung.
  • Entwicklung innovativer, nutzerorientierter und nachhaltiger Architekturkonzepte, die den strengen deutschen Bau- und Medizinstandards entsprechen.
  • Als primäre/r Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Kunden bauen Sie starke Beziehungen auf und gewährleisten herausragende Projektqualität, Termintreue und Budgeteinhaltung.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium und nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Gesundheitsbauprojekte, idealerweise im deutschen Markt.
  • Erfahrung mit digitalen Planungswerkzeugen und Methoden ist erforderlich.
  • Sie sind eine natürliche Führungspersönlichkeit, ein/e starke/r Kommunikator/in und teamorientierte/r Mitarbeiter/in.
  • Eine große Leidenschaft für die Schaffung architektonischer Lösungen, die Gemeinschaften positiv beeinflussen.
