About the Role

We are building a strong in-house creative agency – and you will be its operational backbone.

As
Senior Project Manager Brand (m/f/d)
, you ensure that creative campaigns, content productions and marketing assets are delivered efficiently, on time and at the highest quality level. You connect creative teams with internal stakeholders across HQ and regions, enabling speed, clarity and scalability.

What You Will Do

  • Own and manage the full creative demand intake and briefing process
  • Plan and steer timelines, budgets and resources across multiple creative projects
  • Coordinate internal creatives, freelancers and agencies
  • Design, implement and continuously improve workflows and tools
  • Select and implement project management and asset management software
  • Manage vendors, contracts, onboarding and invoice validation
  • Ensure brand consistency, quality standards and transparent communication
  • Build and maintain a structured, accessible asset ecosystem

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years experience in creative operations, marketing project management or agency environments
  • Strong understanding of creative production workflows
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes
  • High process affinity and attention to detail
  • Experience with PM and DAM tools (AirTable a plus)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proactive, hands-on and collaborative mindset
