Hochschulpraktikum im Integrated Operations Control Center (IOCC) der Lufthansa am Hub Frankfurt - mittendrin im flugbetrieblichen Geschehen der Airline.
Der Praktikumsstart ist ab März 2026 vorgesehen.
Aufgaben
Als Praktikant:in im IOCC erhältst du Einblicke in:
- die Methoden der Prozessmodellierung in der Lufthansa Group
- die Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation des Flugbetriebs (insbesondere der IOCC-Schnittstellen)
- die Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen der operativen IOCC-Funktionen der DLH an den Hubs FRA/MUC
Du unterstützt den Bereich bei:
- der Überarbeitung bestehender Prozesse
- der Modellierung und Abstimmung neuer Prozesse inkl. der relevanten Schnittstellen
- der Konzeption operativer, bereichsspezifischer Kennzahlen
- der Schaffung von Transparenz über Prozesse und Verfahren
- der Vor- und Nachbereitung teaminterner Meetings und Workshops
- der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten
Voraussetzungen
Um ein Praktikum bei uns zu absolvieren, musst du für den gesamten Zeitraum immatrikuliert sein (min. 3. Semester) oder das Praktikum zwischen deinem Bachelor- und Masterstudium absolvieren (Gap Year). Zusätzlich solltest du folgende Voraussetzungen mitbringen:
- Immatrikulation über den gesamten Zeitraum des Praktikums (aktuelle Immatrikulationsbescheinigung und ein schriftlicher Pflichtpraktikumsnachweis müssen der Bewerbung beigefügt werden) oder Praktikum zwischen dem Bachelor- und Masterstudium (Gap Year)
- Airline-spezifischer Studiengang wie bspw. Airline Management
- Pflichtpraktikum mit einer Dauer von mind. 6 Monaten
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten, hohe Motivation und Eigeninitiative
- Lösungs- und teamorientiert
- Sorgfältige und systematische Vorgehensweise
