NEMI ) is redefining construction financing in Europe with an innovative B2B SaaS platform. NEMI is on a mission to simplify and accelerate real estate development and energy modernization. The company is early-stage and growing rapidly.

The Opportunity

Join as a key cofounder, owning Sales & Marketing and shaping our growth story. You'll work hands-on, build from the ground up, and take full responsibility for revenue generation and brand building alongside NEMI's CEO and CTO. This is an equity-only position for someone committed to sharing ownership, risk, and reward.

Your Role

  • Lead and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies for a B2B SaaS product.
  • Build and manage sales funnels, drive partnerships, and close enterprise deals.
  • Develop and scale marketing campaigns (digital, content, and events).
  • Own NEMI's brand positioning and outbound communications.
  • Collaborate on company strategy, fundraising, and leadership decisions.

Who Should Apply

  • Hands-on experience in sales/marketing, ideally in a B2B setting.
  • Previous role at top-tier consultancy or fast-growing startup is highly valued.
  • Track record building something from scratch and driving growth.
  • Skilled in both strategy and execution: comfortable with direct outreach, pitching, and managing campaigns.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: ready for an equity-only role and the chance to build and own your own business.
  • Fluency in both German and English is a must.
  • On site in Munich at least 50% of the time.
