Warehouse Operations Manager

Wir – Ritter, part of Avantor - suchen einen Warehouse Operations Manager (m/w/d), der die Leitung des Lagerbetriebs sowie die Führung des Lagermitarbeiterteams verantworten kann.

In dieser Schlüsselposition repräsentieren Sie das Lager vor Kunden, Prüfern und weiteren Parteien und berichten direkt an den Senior Director Distribution. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, in einem engagierten Team ihre Fähigkeiten unter Beweis zu stellen und Verbesserungen aktiv voranzutreiben.

Ihre Aufgaben:  

• Leitung des Lagerbetriebs und Versand in Schwabmünchen

• Führung eines motivierten Teams in verschiedenen Bereichen

• Erreichung von Zielen und Überwachung der KPIs

• Anwendung und Leitung von KVP-Projekten

• Planung von Ressourcen und Schulungen

• Kontrolle von Investitionsplänen, Lagerkosten und Leistungsverbesserungen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Logistikpartnern

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vorschriften und ISO-Standards

• Unterstützung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung

Was Sie mitbringen sollen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Logistik, Supply Chain oder Operations Management

• Langjährige Berufserfahrung mit Managementkompetenz und Delegationsfähigkeit

• Hervorragende Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeiten

• Erfahrung mit Lean-Prinzipien und -Werkzeugen

• Projektmanagement- und Finanzanalysekenntnisse

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Wincarat (oder vergleichbarem WMS) sowie MS Office

• Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
