Your Opportunity: As we rapidly scale across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, we're building our core team that will shape our success.

As our Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming emails, phone calls (via our 085 number) and social media messages.
  • Answer questions and provide thoughtful, solution-oriented support.
  • Contribute to improving our service processes.
  • Be a warm, reliable, and empathetic contact person for our customers.

Your profile:

  • You are a helpful, independent customer service professional with a problem-solving mindset.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently via email, phone, and social media.
  • You work in an organized and flexible way.
  • You speak fluent German, Dutch and English.
