Your new job includes
As an apprentice (m/f/d), you will support us in various departments - from purchasing to sales - and in different business areas and will experience the day-to-day business, the company structure and the business units at first hand. In the course of the 2.5 years you will in particular

  • actively take on your own areas of responsibility and work independently on exciting projects
  • learn about the importance of optimal product range design for our Heinemann Duty Free Shops
  • take part in supplier and customer meetings and help to ensure that the product ranges reach our stores all over the world
  • receive supplementary training with your colleagues in special training courses, such as product and IT training courses
  • receive regular feedback on your personal and professional development
  • receive intensive support throughout your training from our Entry Programs Team and from a trainee mentor in the various specialist departments
  • have the opportunity to complete a semester abroad and have the chance to experience a business trip to our international locations, cruise ships or ferries
  • receive an attractive salary (1st year: 1,165 euros, 2nd year: 1,258 euros, 3rd year: 1,399 euros) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses and 30 days' vacation

Preferred Profile

  • At least a (very) good intermediate school leaving certificate
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Good knowledge of German and English as well as good communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for retail and curiosity about working with exclusive brand products
  • A fresh outlook and new ideas in an international, dynamic environment
  • Commitment and enjoyment of independent, varied work as well as curiosity to learn new things
  • Reliability, team spirit and open-mindedness for working with your future colleagues
