vaylens GmbH mit Sitz in Dortmund ist Teil der KOSTAL-Gruppe und einer der führenden Backendprovider für Ladetechnologie für Elektrofahrzeuge in Europa. Das Unternehmen unterstützt seine Geschäftskunden mit Software für Ladeinfrastruktur. Offene Systeme und Standardprotokolle ermöglichen hier den Erfolg der Elektromobilität. So ist das Backend herstellerunabhängig mit OCPP-fähigen Ladestationen kompatibel. Die eMobility-Plattform von vaylens bildet das digitale Fundament für Geschäftsmodelle der Elektromobilität. Sie bietet umfangreiche Möglichkeiten zur Verwaltung von Ladestationen. Durch APIs können Kundensysteme mit der Plattform vernetzt werden. Allein im Jahr 2022 wurde über das Backend eine Energiemenge von 140 GWh geladen. Dies entspricht 700 Millionen Fahrkilometern oder rund Erdumrundungen. (Für die Berechnung wurde ein Verbrauch von 20 kWh/100km zugrunde gelegt.)

Description

  • Unterstützung Rechnungseingangsprozess im eRoaming
  • Identifizierung von Fehlern oder Unstimmigkeiten auf Rechnungen
  • Kommunikation und Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten mit Geschäftspartnern und intern Bereichen
  • Unterstützung der Vorbereitung/Durchführung der Abrechnung von eMobility Services und Roaming
  • Mitwirkung bei der Etablierung digitaler Prozesse und Prozessoptimierung
  • Operative Mitarbeit im Rahmen des Forderungsmanagements
  • Erstellung von Analysen und Reportings im Order2Cash Umfeld
  • Projektbezogene Tätigkeiten mit kaufmännischem Bezug

Qualifications

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä.
  • Interesse an Themen der Elektromobilität und Abrechnungsdienstleistungen
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation mit guten organisatorischen Fähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und intrinsisch motivierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sichere Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
