Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche, operative und strategische Steuerung der Entwicklung multimandantenfähiger, vertrieblicher Services in der Cloud
  • Disziplinarische Führung des Produkt-Teams
  • Stakeholder-Management in allen Phasen des Entwicklungsprozesses
  • Übernahme der Budgetverantwortung für das Product Team
  • Management des Product Backlogs, Begleitung der Sprintplanung und Ausarbeitung optimaler Lösungen mit dem Scrum-Team
  • IT Ansprechpartner:in für die Koordination und Betreuung der Schnittstellenanbindung der Bancassurance an externe Partner:innen im Kontext Annex
  • Cross-funktionales und systemübergreifendes Arbeiten zur Lösungsentwicklung und Steigerung der End-2-End-Prozesseffizienz

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation/Ausbildung
  • Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in der strategischen und fachlichen Entwicklung von technischen Schnittstellen mit entsprechenden Kenntnissen in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche (Vorzugsweise Versicherungen)
  • Gutes Verständnis von serverlosen Architekturen im Cloud Umfeld, idealerweise mit strategischer Expertise im Einsatz von Cloud-Technologien
  • Fähigkeit zum unternehmerischen und analytischem Denken, konzeptionellem Arbeiten sowie zur strukturierten Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Konfliktsensibilität
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Erfahrungen im agilen Arbeiten und in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Teams
  • Analytische Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholder:innen
