Als Senior SAP Test Manager übernimmst du die End-to-End Verantwortung für die Teststrategie und -steuerung in anspruchsvollen SAP-Transformationsprojekten.
Du stellst sicher, dass Systeme und Prozesse fehlerfrei und stabil live gehen und bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Business, IT, Testteams und Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Teststrategie für SAP-Transformationsprojekte im Banking-Kontext
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung aller Testphasen (Unit, Integration, UAT, Regression)
  • Erstellung von Testdesigns, Szenarien und Testfällen inkl. Abhängigkeits-management
  • Defect-Management: Priorisierung, Tracking, Kommunikation mit Entwicklung und Fachbereichen
  • Identifizierung und Management von Quality Assurance Maßnahmen
  • Führung und Koordination von Testteams (intern & extern) sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten Testbetriebs
  • Reporting über Testfortschritt, Risiken und Blocker an Projekt- & Kundenstakeholder
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Testprozessen und Automatisierungslösungen
  • Strukturierung und Verantwortung des Abnahmeprozesses, Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern und dem Kunden/ Auftraggeber

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Banking oder Finance
  • Erfahrung im Testmanagement komplexer IT-Transformationsprojekte
  • Zertifizierungen im Bereich Testmanagement (z. B. ISTQB) von Vorteil
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams oder Teilprojekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Testtools (z. B. SAP Solution Manager, Tricentis Tosca, Jira)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
