About the Role
We're hiring a full-time Pharmacy Concierge for our U.S.-based operations team. This dual role combines clinical pharmacy support with high-touch patient coordination—because someone needs to make expensive medications actually accessible to the people who need them.
Your primary responsibility is onboarding patients into the ZorroRX program while ensuring the member makes their way through the onboarding process and their prescriptions get to the right pharmacy. This includes responding to inquiries, addressing medication concerns, and ensuring patients understand both our services and their treatment protocols. You'll also handle escalated issues from our offshore support team (because not everything can be solved with a flowchart).

What You'll Do
Patient Coordination:Contact new patients to explain the ZorroRX program and onboarding processCoordinate patient appointments with pharmacists and manage scheduling changesAddress patient questions about program benefits, medication access, and cost savingsHandle escalations from offshore medical liaison team, including securing provider signatures on collaborative practice agreements Pharmacy Technician Duties:Review patient medication profiles for accuracySupport medication therapy management by preparing patient files for pharmacist consultationsCoordinate with network pharmacies regarding prescription transfers and fulfillment Administrative:Document all patient interactions, medication changes, and issue resolutions in our CRM systemTrack prescription processing timelines and proactively address delaysMaintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and patient privacy requirements
Who You Are
Required QualificationsActive Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT or state-specific certification)Experience in retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy operationsKnowledge of prescription processing, insurance claims, and prior authorization workflowsUnderstanding of medication classifications, particularly specialty and high-cost drugs Preferred BackgroundExperience with specialty pharmacy operations or high-cost medication coordinationPrevious patient care coordination or medical liaison experienceFamiliarity with 340B pharmacy programs (helpful, not required)Experience with fertility medications, autoimmune treatments, or cardio-metabolic therapies Technical RequirementsProficient with pharmacy management systems and CRM platformsComfortable with online phone/fax tools and basic office softwareExperience with insurance verification and prior authorization systemsStrong documentation skills for regulatory compliance
