About you and the role

You will contribute to the prototyping of a drones with hands-on work packages related to product development.

What you will do

• Assembly of electrical and mechanical prototypes
• Fixture Design and Assembly
• Manufacturing of parts (3D prints, machine parts, etc.)
• Testing and commissioning of proof-of-concept hardware.

• Mechatronics Technician
• Hands-on workshop skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CAD (Fusion 360)

Language skills

• German
• English

We want health, family, and company duties to be well balanced. Therefore, we understand the need for flexibility, but we also must take care that we as a team are working closely and efficiently. Our guidelines for home office are

• Be at least 60% in the office per week
• Participate in person in important and regular events such as workshops, demos, plannings, retrospectives, etc.
• Be reachable
• Synchronize and share your home office / office times always with your team
• Let the team know if you need special times at home
