Tasks
You will develop user-centered UX/UI concepts, implement design systems and shape the digital future of Miles & More together with our channel teams.

  • Development of user-centered designs from concept to design handover for app, web, email and other touchpoints
  • Development of wireframes, mockups and prototypes in Figma
  • Collaboration on the further development of the Miles & More design system
  • Close collaboration with channel managers, product owners and developers
  • Conducting usability tests and deriving optimizations
  • Ensuring a consistent user experience across all digital channels

Requirements

  • Degree in Interaction Design, Communication Design, HCI or similar (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
  • Experience with handover processes into programming is an advantage
  • Experienced with Figma and common design and prototyping tools
  • Experience in working with design systems
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Experience in agile working environments and the ability to communicate clearly and actively
