The Opportunity

Our client is expanding its
Indirect Tax practice
in Western Germany — and this is your chance to be the
key decision maker
driving that growth in
Dortmund
.

This is not a "standard" Big Four role.

You'll be
the first Indirect Tax professional
in the Dortmund office, with the mandate and freedom to
shape the service line from scratch
— backed by the expertise of experienced Partner's and the established Düsseldorf team.

Your Impact

  • Establish and lead
    the local Indirect Tax practice in Dortmund.
  • Be the face
    for clients in the region — advise, connect, and grow the portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely
    with the Düsseldorf leadership team while gradually building your own local team.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop
    junior colleagues as the office grows.


Who You Are

  • Steuerberater
    , recently qualified or working towards qualification with 1–2 years experience.
  • Proven
    technical expertise in VAT / Indirect Tax
    .
  • Naturally
    entrepreneurial and self-driven
    — you see opportunity where others see blank space.
  • Confident engaging with
    partners and clients
    independently.
