About The Role
In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact for client regarding Facilities Management services in Berlin. You will build strong professional relationships with stakeholders, oversee the site team, and ensure the delivery of high -standard, safe, and efficient services across the site.

Responsibilities
Main Job Responsibilities will include:
Operational Oversight

• Control the day-to-day operational activities of various suppliers across the site.
• Manage site contractors to ensure operational performance, adherence to approved procedures, and consistent standards.
• Report all asset failures through agreed processes and follow up with contractors to ensure timely resolutions.
• Ensure all contractors are issued and comply with the permit-to-work system.

Health, Safety, and Compliance

• Complete regular site inspections to proactively identify health and safety risks, including physical hazards and unsafe working practices, and take corrective action.
• Audit best practices in line with Macro Way standards for health, safety, environment (HSE), quality, and technical requirements.
• Manage the EcoOnline reporting system, logging and addressing all incidents and accidents.
• Ensure contractors adhere to safe practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) where necessary.
• Carry out site inductions for new starters and maintain training documentation, including training matrices and competency certificates.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationship with key client stakeholders and building users to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
• Establish, review, and enhance processes to support and improve customer service.
• Maintain high levels of customer services at all times, addressing queries and concerns promptly.

Supplier and Performance Management

• Conduct supplier meetings and evaluate supplier key performance indicators (KPI's) at the end of each period.
• Coordinate and monitor vendor activities, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and operational standards.
• Manage and oversee training documentation for contractors to ensure relevance and compliance.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in facilities management or a related field, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proven experience managing service delivery and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English.
