Das Erwartet Dich

  • Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse datenbasiert, identifizierst Schwachstellen und entwickelst fundierte Optimierungsmaßnahmen.
  • Du erstellst Reports, Ad-hoc-Analysen und Management-Präsentationen und leitest daraus strategisch relevante Entscheidungen ab.
  • Du entwickelst analytische Modelle zur Prognose von Prozessleistungen und zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Automatisierung.
  • Du begleitest Change Requests, Systemanpassungen und Marktanalysen mit Fokus auf Datenflüsse, KPI-Impact und Prozessanforderungen.
  • Du koordinierst die Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern und sorgst für eine klare, zielgerichtete Kommunikation.
  • Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung von Analytics-Methoden aktiv mit und treibst datengetriebene Prozessoptimierung unternehmensweit voran.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über ein Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich BI, Datenanalyse oder Prozessmanagement mit.
  • Du beherrschst SQL, Datenbankstrukturen und moderne BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI, Tableau) sicher und arbeitest souverän mit großen Datenmengen.
  • Du denkst gleichzeitig analytisch und prozessorientiert und kannst komplexe Datenmodelle in verständliche Handlungsempfehlungen übersetzen.
  • Du modellierst Prozesse sicher und hast Erfahrung in Projektmanagement-Tools, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in SAP und Systemarchitekturen.
  • Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, Moderationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in technische Datenlogiken zu übersetzen.
  • Du bringst Eigeninitiative, Ergebnisorientierung und eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit – besonders an der Schnittstelle zwischen Daten, Technologie und Prozessen.
