Dear Applicant, for our client - public sector company - we are looking for a skilled Business Support Administrator responsible for the operational implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and obtain necessary authorizations for purchases.
- Monitor and track expenditures, ensuring they align with budget allocations.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and financial statements.
- Reconcile accounts, track payments, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate logistics for departmental projects and events.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and other partners, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and administrative workflows.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies business, economical or technical studies or relevant trainings
- At least three years of professional experience
- Knowledge of legal regulations depending on the respective area of responsibility such as tax law, procurement law etc
- Prior experience in healthcare area (strongly desirable)
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Advanced knowledge of various documentation management systems, JIRA (nice to have), DATEV etc
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- German and English language minimum B2+/C1
