Strategic Partnership Manager Netherlands

The Position

Hive is entering a new phase of growth in the Netherlands, and this role is your chance to directly influence how we scale operations and build reliable, high-performing partnerships across Europe.

You will help build, optimize, and manage the partner ecosystem that powers Hive's operations. From daily reliability to market-launch readiness, you'll own relationships, performance, and strategic improvements across carriers, freight partners, and fulfillment providers. Your work will directly influence our merchant experience and our ability to scale into new markets.

What You Will Do

• Build and grow Hive's partner landscape:
  Manage and develop delivery, freight, and fulfillment partners in the Netherlands. Negotiate contracts and own the partner journey end-to-end. Lead regular business reviews and maintain strong, trust-based partner relationships.
• Drive operational excellence:
  Monitor partner SLAs, transit times, cost metrics, and service levels. Identify risks early and create action plans with partners and internal teams. Prepare data-driven insights for negotiations and strategic decisions. Ensure smooth daily operations with delivery and freight partners.
• Enable scalable growth:
  Maintain and refine SOPs, workflows, and documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, BD, Tech, and Account Management. Support and lead special projects, expansions, and operational improvements. Identify new partnership opportunities to support growth in the Netherlands market.

Who You Are

You don't need to tick every box. We're looking for potential, ownership, and energy. You likely:

• Have experience in
  operations, logistics, consulting, partnerships
  , or other fast-paced environments
• Bring strong business acumen and enjoy building relationships internally & externally
• Have a hands-on, entrepreneurial, 80/20 mentality; you try, iterate, and move fast
• Are analytical and comfortable with data, including Google Sheets (
  SQL is a plus
  )
• Work in a structured, organized, detail-oriented way
• Communicate clearly and confidently across teams and seniority levels
• Are fluent in
  English
  (Dutch or French is a strong plus)
• Are curious about fulfillment operations, carrier networks, 3PLs, and scaling operational processes
