Senior Consultant Cyber Security

What we look for:You conduct comprehensive cyber security maturity assessments across governance, cloud, identity, data protection, and infrastructure landscapes.You perform cyber security due diligence in M&A transactions by identifying risks, technical gaps, and value-creation opportunities.You translate complex technical findings into clear business impact and actionable, client-ready recommendations.You develop cyber security roadmaps, improvement plans, target-state architectures, and value-creation initiatives.You advise clients on strengthening governance models, security policies, operational processes, and cloud security practices.You support remediation activities and guide organizations through cyber security transformation programs.You design, refine, and evolve cyber security service offerings, assessment frameworks, and consulting methodologies.You contribute to the creation of new cyber security products, models, and go-to-market materials.You lead client workshops, presentations, and project workstreams in cross-functional teams.You mentor junior team members, ensure high-quality project delivery, and foster strong client satisfaction.What we require:You bring at least 3-5 years of experience in cyber security consulting, security assessments, or cyber security governance.You possess strong knowledge of cyber maturity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or comparable standards.You have experience conducting cyber security assessments, due diligence engagements, or cloud/security architecture evaluations.You demonstrate solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure security, cloud architectures, IAM, network security, and SaaS/security tooling.You can synthesize complex security findings into concise, business-relevant insights for decision-makers.You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and are passionate about developing new service offerings, frameworks, and methodologies.You have strong communication and presentation skills and can engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Prior consulting experience is beneficial; security certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001, CCSP) are an advantage.You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.What you can expect:Your impact is crucial: You actively shape the digital future in a highly motivated & smart team in direct cooperation with the founders & partners, creating real added value by linking strategy and implementation.Your hard work pays off You benefit from attractive salary packages, participation in sales success and exclusive investment opportunities.
