Responsibilities
  • Aufbau, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen Travel Risk Managements (TRM)
  • Planung und Durchführung von Sicherheitsanalysen, Lagebewertungen und Schutzmaßnahmen bei Reisen des Vorstands und anderer exponierter Personen
  • Entwicklung von Reise- und Sicherheitskonzepten nach ISO 31030 und internen Vorgaben
  • Koordination von Sicherheitsfahrern, Begleitdiensten und Objektschutzmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung von Lagebriefings und Risikoeinschätzungen für Führungskräfte und den CRM
  • Mitarbeit an Gefährdungs- und Bedrohungsanalysen des Unternehmens
  • Kontinuierliche Beobachtung weltweiter Entwicklungen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
Qualifications
  • Studium oder Ausbildung im Sicherheits- oder Krisenmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Travel Risk Management, Personenschutz oder in sicherheitskritischen Branchen
  • Kenntnisse internationaler Sicherheitsstandards (ISO 31030, ISO 22301, ISO 31000)
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Diskretion und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Bereitschaft zu internationalen Einsätzen
  • Sicherheitsüberprüfung nach SÜG (Ü2 / Ü3) wünschenswert
