Unsere Kunden: Ministerien und Verbände, Hidden Champions und die Leuchttürme der deutschen Wirtschaft. Wir entwickeln Kampagnen, digitale Plattformen und redaktionelle Konzepte – von der strategischen Kernidee bis zur technischen Umsetzung. Was zu tun ist.
  • Recherche, Aufbereitung und redaktionelle Bewertung wissenschaftlicher Studien und Publikationen
  • Interne Fachprüfung zur Verwendung der Quellen/Studien in der redaktionellen Arbeit
  • Sicherstellung der medizinischen und regulatorischen Korrektheit aller Inhalte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kreation, Beratung und Kund:innen zur Entwicklung überzeugender Kommunikationsstrategien
  • Erstellung und Adaption von medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Texten für verschiedene Zielgruppen (Fachkreise, Patient:innen, Öffentlichkeit)
  • Unterstützung bei Pitches, medizinischem Review und der Erstellung von Referenz- und Quellenlisten
Was du mitbringst.
  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches, medizinisches oder pharmazeutisches Studium (z. B. Biologie, Medizin, Pharmazie) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung als Medical Writer, im Medical Marketing oder in einer Healthcare-Agentur
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für medizinische und pharmakologische Zusammenhänge
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte prägnant, zielgruppengerecht und kreativ aufzubereiten
  • Souveräner Umgang mit wissenschaftlichen Quellen (PubMed, Fachliteratur etc.)
  • Hervorragende Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Spaß an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
