Your tasks

Are you excited to work in Sales and use your energy to bring new contacts into the company? In addition to your fixed salary, you'll receive a commission for every successfully arranged appointment — meaning you can noticeably increase your income, earn directly through your efforts, and contribute to the team's success.

You actively call pre-qualified leads and handle the initial outreach.You conduct structured conversations, spark interest, and schedule suitable first appointments.You learn and actively apply proven sales methodologies.You quickly recognize potential, identify relevant decision-makers, and open up new opportunities for our team.You use LinkedIn strategically, maintain ongoing contact, and ensure strong visibility within our target audience.You observe which conversation approaches work well, identify trends, and share your insights directly with the team.RequirementsYou are currently studying and are eager to gain real, hands-on Sales experience with a focus on new customer outreach.You approach people openly, quickly find a friendly way to start a conversation, and have no hesitation in making the first contact.A "no" motivates you to approach your next conversation differently.You actively use social media to connect with others and make topics visible.You may already have some initial practical experience in cold calling and want to further develop your skills.You can express yourself confidently in both German and English and communicate clearly and professionally.Our employee benefits
