Safety & Quality Manager

Job Location: Munich or Düsseldorf (Germany)

Person in Charge of Electrical Engineering (VEFK)

Core Role Focus:

Electrical Safety Authority & Supervision.
Sole professional and supervisory responsibility for
all electrical work
(per DGUV Reg. 3).

Legal Mandate:

Highly Specific & Legally Mandated.
Role is defined by
VDE
, granting formal legal status and specific authority.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Electrical Engineering Background.
Requires specific degrees (Diplomingenieur, Master) or certifications in electrical engineering.

Technical Knowledge: Deep, Specified Standards.
Must have proven knowledge of specific German electrical standards (e.g., DIN VDE 0100, DIN EN , and
VDE-AR-N 4105 for PV systems
).

Technical Independence.
Decisions on electrical safety are independent of disciplinary superiors.

Key Activity Shift:
Focus shifted to defining work procedures, selecting personnel/tools, and
monitoring work processes via spot checks
.
