Working Student or Internship (m/f/d) – Analytical and Consultant Support

Location: Flexible (on-site or remote) in Munich or Baden-Baden

About Realog

Since 2003, Realog has specialized in consultancy for IPT (Infrastructure, Processes, and Technology), providing an end-to-end approach covering analytics, planning, design, tendering, and supervision services for logistics and airport cargo infrastructure. Our expertise includes material handling systems, operational processes, and supporting technologies — such as InCoBu, a software solution for planning, monitoring, steering, and real-time control. We analyze existing warehouse and terminal operations and develop tailored solutions to enhance productivity, increase throughput, and expand capacity. Our mission is to prepare cargo terminals and logistics facilities to manage future growth and handle increasing volumes over the next 20 to 30 years.

Your Role

We are currently looking for a
working student
(m/f/d) with a
technical background
— ideally in
IT, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering
or a combination with business— to support our team in various analytical and consulting tasks.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical calculations, such as
    capacity assessments for warehouses and logistics facilities
  • Support consulting activities, including
    preparing presentations and project documentation
  • Assist in
    tracking project schedules
    and progress updates
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering and consulting teams on ongoing projects
  • (Optionally)
    Join one of our international projects on-site worldwide
    , if desired — a great opportunity to gain real project experience firsthand

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student in a technical field (e.g., IT, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
  • Strong
    Excel skills
    and an
    analytical mindset
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive way of working
  • Interest in logistics, process optimization, or material handling systems
  • Fluent in English
