About the role You will lead the team that puts the finishing touches on our customers' most precious memories. This role is about more than just managing a line. You will oversee the final stages of production to ensure every product is packaged perfectly and ready to ship on time. By balancing operational excellence with a supportive leadership style, you help our production department run smoothly and deliver high quality results every single day.
How you embrace curiosity daily
  • Plan and monitor daily operations, ensuring product quality and process reliability.
  • Drive productivity and process optimization using lean principles (5S, KVP).
  • Manage personnel, machines, and material resources efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
How you make your mark
  • Support, motivate, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Act as a hands-on leader with a focus on results, quality, and collaboration.
  • You manage resources carefully to keep production within budget.
  • You drive continuous improvement projects that reduce waste and save time.
What you bring to the team
  • Completed technical or production-related apprenticeship, ideally with technical background.
  • Preferably further qualification as master craftsman, technician, or equivalent.
  • Alternatively, strong leadership experience in manufacturing with understanding of production flows and quality standards.
  • Proven record of leading and developing teams in an industrial environment.
  • Solid knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and process improvement.
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong German and basic English skills for daily communication.
What sets you apart
  • A technical background or a completed apprenticeship in a production field.
  • Experience implementing 5S or other process improvement tools.
