Ab Februar 2026 suchen wir für unser Office am Standort Stuttgart einen Senior Spatial Designer (all genders) .

WHAT YOU DO
  • Du entwickelst kreative, ästhetische und ganzheitliche Design-Konzepte für internationale Kunden aus den Bereichen Fashion, Lifestyle, Automotive & Hospitality
  • Vom ersten Funken bis zur Umsetzung – du arbeitest an der großen Idee, ganzheitlichen Konzepten und die Übersetzung dieser in den Raum und unterstützt diese mit Moodboards, Scribbles und 3D-Visualisierungen/KI
  • Deine Konzepte basieren auf einer durchdachten Customer Journey, unter Berücksichtigung von Budget und Ressourcenplanung. Über die Raumgestaltung hinaus, entwickelst du ganzheitliche Erlebnisse und Aktivierungs-Ansätze.
  • Neben deiner Leidenschaft für Konzeption bist du hands-on und setzt Ideen auch gerne aktiv um
  • Du arbeitest in interdisziplinären Teams mit Strateg:innen, Architekt:innen, Produktdesigner:innen und Projektmanager:innen – je nach Projekt in unterschiedlichen Teamkonstellationen. Als Creative Lead, übernimmmst du Projektverantwortung. Zudem überzeugst du mit deinem souveränen Auftreten bei Kund:innen
  • Die Arbeit mit KI ist in unsere Prozesse integriert, du solltest dich damit wohlfühlen und Spaß daran haben, ständig mit neuen Tools zu arbeiten
WHO YOU ARE
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Retail Design, Visual Merchandising, Kommunikationsdesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Min. 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterung für Design, Innovation und aktuelle Trends
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
  • Fließendes Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
