Team Lead Brand Management (all genders)
Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Brand-Strategie für KARL KANI sowie Sicherstellung der Markenidentität über alle Touchpoints
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Brand-Teams
  • Planung und Steuerung von Marken- und Kommunikationskampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Agenturen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Design und Produktentwicklung, um die KARL KANI Markenwerte in Kollektionen und Storytelling zu übersetzen
  • Analyse von Markt- und Zielgruppentrends sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Monitoring der Markenperformance und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen für KARL KANI
Unsere Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Brand Management, idealerweise in Fashion, Lifestyle oder Streetwear
  • Leadership-Mindset: Du kannst Teams inspirieren, führen und weiterentwickeln.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Motivationsstärke
  • Starke strategische und analytische Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit einem kreativen Mindset
  • Hohe Affinität zu Hip-Hop, Streetwear und Urban Culture
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Unsere Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Brand Management, idealerweise in Fashion, Lifestyle oder Streetwear
  • Leadership-Mindset: Du kannst Teams inspirieren, führen und weiterentwickeln.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Motivationsstärke
