Field Application Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) with strong technical skills and a customer-focused mindset to support our products and enable business growth. In this role, you will work closely with sales, engineering, and product management teams to provide technical expertise, deliver training and product demonstrations, and resolve customer application issues. You will gather customer feedback to support product development, identify new design opportunities, and represent PANJIT at industry events.

Essential Functions

• Provide technical support for company products, including handling sales and service requests and resolving application issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot installed application systems, verify resolutions, and ensure optimal operational performance.
• Work with sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver accurate technical information and solution guidelines for customer applications.
• Prepare technical elements of proposals and support the sales team in presenting detailed solutions.
• Conduct product training sessions, demonstrations, and presentations for customers and internal teams.
• Maintain technical records, documentation, and training materials to support ongoing product knowledge.
• Represent the company at seminars, conferences, and meetings to promote solutions and collect market feedback.
• Deliver customer-specific application training during development stages and assist customers in optimizing system performance.

• Confident in presenting technical solutions to customers and internal executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of proven success in FAE role
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (3–4 days per week).
• Oral/written proficiency in English and German, both mandatory

Location:

• The role is based in Central Europe and offers home office flexibility; however, applicants must reside in an EU member state.
