Aufgaben

  • Technische Leitung und Umsetzung von
    Software-Entwicklungsprojekten
    – von der Idee über POC / MVP bis zum marktreifen Prototyp

  • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Optimierung von Softwarelösungen
    in interdisziplinären Teams (Front-End, Back-End, Cloud, API, Datenintegration)

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden bei der
    Definition technischer Anforderungen
    , Architekturentscheidungen und Priorisierung von Features

  • Aufbau und Steuerung eines Entwicklungsteams

  • Sicherstellung von Codequalität, Performance und Skalierbarkeit

  • Entwicklung von Prototypen und KI-basierten Anwendungen
    , z. B. intelligente Agenten, Chatbots oder datengetriebene Services

  • Eigenverantwortliche
    Akquise und Leitung neuer Projekte

  • Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

  • Mitarbeit an der
    Weiterentwicklung des INC-Technologieportfolios

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in
    Informatik, Software Engineering, Data Science, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
    oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mindestens
    5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
    in der Softwareentwicklung oder in technischen Innovationsprojekten

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in
    modernen Softwarearchitekturen
    , Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure, AWS oder GCP), APIs, Datenbanken und Front-/Back-End-Technologien

  • Erfahrung in der
    Führung oder Steuerung internationaler Entwicklungsteams
    (Near-/Offshoring von Vorteil)

  • Kenntnisse in der
    Entwicklung von Prototypen, MVPs und KI-Anwendungen
    (z. B. Chatbots, LLMs, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Azure AI Services)

  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für innovative Technologien

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
