Your responsibilities and tasks:

  • Recopilar, organizar y mantener actualizada la información histórica y vigente relacionada con REPSE.
  • Identificar información faltante y coordinar con diferentes áreas para completar expedientes.
  • Enviar documentación requerida por clientes de manera oportuna.

Dar seguimiento administrativo a tareas y procesos relacionados con REPSE.

  • Cargar y actualizar información en plataformas como SupplyER de EY u otras similares.
  • Apoyar en auditorías, integración de carpetas y control documental.

Investigar cambios normativos y buenas prácticas en conjunto con proveedores legales.

  • Dar seguimiento a colaboradores y áreas internas para asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos y entregables REPSE.

Your profile and qualifications:

  • Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración, Derecho Laboral o afín.

Inglés mínimo B1.

  • 1–2 años de experiencia en manejo de información REPSE o cumplimiento documental para STPS, IMSS o INFONAVIT.
  • Experiencia en tareas administrativas, carga de información, control de expedientes y seguimiento.
  • Atención al detalle, organización y capacidad para trabajar con múltiples fuentes de información.
