Junior Electrician

We are looking for a motivated Junior Electrician who is eager to develop their skills in electrical jointing and cable installation - ideal for recent graduates, apprentices, or junior electricians who want to grow into a professional cable jointer or electrical technician role in Germany. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced electricians and jointers on low and medium-voltage projects across Germany.

Responsibilities:

Assist qualified electricians and cable jointers in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems.

Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for site work.

Support in cable jointing and termination of LV/MV cables under supervision.

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Learn and apply German electrical standards and best practices.

Participate in training sessions and practical learning on-site.

Assist with troubleshooting and testing of electrical installations.

Requirements:

Relevant technical training or certification in electrical work (e.g. electrician apprenticeship, vocational school).

Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring principles.

Strong motivation to learn jointing and progress within the trade.

Willingness to work outdoors and travel across different sites in Germany.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Basic English required; German language skills are an advantage (training support may be provided).

Valid driving license (preferred).

EU work authorization or eligibility to work in Germany.
