We're UniteLabs, an early stage, VC-backed startup from Munich on a mission to enable scientists to change the world faster. Our platform helps biotech and pharma teams automate their labs easily and scale their science as it grows.

We're already powering ambitious biotech scale-ups to run fully AI-driven labs, and we're working with major pharma partners on proof-of-concepts. Now, we're ready to amplify our story and we need your help.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing Lead to take ownership of all marketing efforts and turn our early traction into a scalable growth engine.

If you love translating deep tech into a compelling story, building brand presence from scratch, and leading marketing in a high-impact environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Shape our narrative: Analyze our current position and craft a clear, resonant story that connects with biotech and pharma innovators.

  • Drive growth marketing: Build and execute our inbound engine, from website and GEO/SEO/SEA to content and social channels.

  • Own brand and communication: Apply the narrative across all touchpoints, including:

    • Digital content (copy, video, graphics)

    • Sales and fundraising materials

    • Events and conferences

    • Employer branding and PR

  • Experiment and validate: Test new channels (industry press, partnerships, creative campaigns) to expand reach and awareness.

  • Teamwork: You will closely work with the Head of Growth, a Founder's Associate and two working students in design and growth.

  • Lay the foundation for scale: Develop marketing processes, metrics, and (eventually) a team to grow our impact.

What Makes You Successful

  • You've built or led marketing in an early-stage B2B tech company, ideally in deep tech, biotech, or SaaS.

  • You can craft and execute strategy, but also love getting your hands dirty with copy, content, and campaigns.

  • You excel at turning complex technology into simple, compelling value propositions.

  • You've successfully managed inbound channels (SEO, content, social, website).

  • You default to using AI tools to scale content creation and improve efficiency.

  • You thrive in fast-changing environments and can prioritize what moves the needle.
